Here are some common questions regarding our ordering and shipping policy. If you have a question about something else, feel free to reach out via the contact page!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal, ShopPay or ApplePay. We also offer pay-over-time financing through Affirm.

Where do you ship to?

We are currently set up to ship anywhere in the United States. For international shipping, please reach out via the contact page for shipping details before placing your order.

How much is shipping?

For orders under $300, a flat-rate of $10 is added for shipping within the United States. For orders over $300, a flat rate of $30 is added for shipping within the United States.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to be shipped after your purchase is complete.

Can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns as all sales are final. We work hard to make sure your new art is delivered safely to you. However if your artwork it is damaged during shipping, please reach out to eric@fineartbyeric.com with your order details or use the contact page and we'll get it taken care of!
