Mindfulness is an idea that's taught in both regular meditation apps (like Headspace) and faith meditation apps (like Abide).

The idea is that you are focused on your present surroundings - the sounds you hear, the sensations you feel, etc. It grounds you and gives you a focus when your mind starts to wander into different thoughts.

While it sounds simple, it can be difficult to get yourself in that mindset (at least for me!). That's the purpose of meditation - to get you into that place every time you practice. 

I've been working on meditation the last few months and so I thought it would be fitting to name one of these pieces "Mindfulness".
