Trouble At The Treetop Lounge Original Sketch

This is the original sketch for "Trouble At The Treetop Lounge".

This was the first image in the new series I created. I wanted 3 new, fun characters that I could tell stories with. As I was working on it, I decided that that these birds were coming up with a plan to head out for the weekend. So, they finish their drinks, check in to the hotel, and head to the famous Seven Seas Club.

I love these characters because we have "the smooth one", "the fun one", and the "perpetually annoyed one." I just haven't come up with names for them yet! Any ideas? Please send them my way.

This sketch was drawn with Prismacolor col-erase pencils on 10 frame animation paper. It is not matted or framed.

Final size is 9 1/4" x 10 5/8".
